Welcome to Coastal Bungalow #1232 a beautiful 2BR/2BA private home that sleeps up to (4) people. This home features a full kitchen, dining area, living room and reading space. Each bedroom has a queen bed & en-suite bathrooms with modern finishes. The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property. Pool hours are 10am-8pm daily. Close to everything! Only 3 miles from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The beaches are 1.5 miles.
The space

CHECKIN: Guests may check-in anytime from 4pm and after on the day of their arrival
CHECKOUT: Guests MUST check-out no later than 11am the day of their departure
** The only time an exception is granted, is in writing via Airbnb messenger with the host, failure to check-out on-time, will result in a fee **
Upon arrival, guests will park in their designated parking space (described in the check-in instructions) and use a unique combination of numbers for the door keypad to enter the home. If you have any issues getting in, the property manager, Sara can be reached anytime on her cellphone (provided in the check-in instructions).
Guests will have access to free high speed Wi-Fi during their stay. There is (1) smart TV located in the living room, which will be connected to the Wi-Fi so guests can stream their own Netflix/HULU/YouTube or other platforms. You can refer to your check-in message for details and instructions on how to connect. *Note: We do not provide cable.
The kitchen is ready for your creation! There is a Publix within 1/2 mile of the property and other grocers like Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Winn Dixie within 2 miles of the property. There is plasticware that is to be used by the pool – NO GLASS IN POOL AREA! The dining area has a round table for you to gather and enjoy! *Note: You may find salt & pepper, olive oils, ketchup, etc. left behind, feel free to use these items if you wish… we don’t like to be wasteful.
The property’s pool is shared with (3) other bungalows. Pool hours are from 10am-9pm. The pool is located through the safety fence near the YELLOW house (Tiki Bungalow). We ask you to PLEASE follow these pool hours to respect the privacy and noise for the other guests.
There are multiple outdoor areas which are considered “common area” and we encourage all the guests to share and enjoy this space. Feel free to meet and mingle with other guests on the property and enjoy your time in the beautiful South Florida outdoors. You will also find the laundry facilities located behind a wooden “closet” attached to the larger “yellow” house. The machines are coin operated and there may be detergent left from a previous guest, if not you must supply your own. *Note: There is an EMERGENCY PHONE (land line) in the home.
Getting around is easy! Walk, ride / rent a bike, Lyft/Uber or drive… getting around is super easy and convenient from the “Coastal Cottages Airbnb”. The property is approximately (3) miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, (6.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, (30) miles to Miami International, (1.5) miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals, (1.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, (1.5) miles to the beaches, (1) mile to Las Olas Boulevard and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
** Parties / Partying / Destruction of Property / Disruption to Neighbors will NOT be tolerated and you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund **
Guest access
Guests will have access ONLY into Coastal Bungalow #1232 which is BRIGHT BLUE in color and will have signs to direct you to the proper accommodations. You will receive a code to work the keypad that will be unique to you during your stay. Once inside, feel free to make yourself at home, while respecting our space/property.
POOL HOURS (when available) are strict and are 10AM to 8PM daily – this is to ensure the privacy and respect of other guests on the property. Guests must also abide by QUIET HOURS in the common yard areas and pool between 8AM and 10PM, per the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance.
Other things to note
Coastal Bungalow #1232 is (1) out of (4) units on the rental property, together they make up the COASTAL BUNGALOWS.
As mentioned above, the guests will have shared outdoor and common area spaces including the laundry machines, barbecue and pool area, which has strict hours from 10AM to 8PM as well as QUIET HOURS enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance from 8AM to 10PM.
The pool area is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property.
