Welcome to Coastal Bungalow #2 a quaint, modern 1RB/1BA apartment in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment sleeps up to (4) guests, but is best suited for (2) people or those traveling with children. The apartment features a full-kitchen with all the cooking basics you need, dining area, living room w/flat screen smart TV and bedroom with queen sized bed along with dresser and closet storage space. The large sofa in the living room can be used for sleeping, but is not a pull out — otherwise you may request an air mattress or pack and play at the time of booking, if needed. *Note there is only (1) queen bed.

Upon arrival, guests will park in their designated parking space (described in the check-in instructions) and use a unique combination of numbers for the door keypad to enter the home. If you have any issues getting in, the property manager, Sara can be reached anytime on her cellphone (provided in the check-in instructions).

The kitchen is ready for your creation! There is a Publix within 1/2 mile of the property and other grocers like Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Winn Dixie within 2 miles of the property. There is plasticware that is to be used by the pool – NO GLASS IN POOL AREA! The dining area has a round table for you to gather and enjoy! *Note: You may find salt & pepper, olive oils, ketchup, etc. left behind, feel free to use these items if you wish… we don’t like to be wasteful.

The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property. It is located through the safety fence near the YELLOW house. We ask you to PLEASE follow the pool hours of 10am-8pm. Lastly, be respectful of any other guests that may be using the pool area or staying in the cottage that is attached to the pool area.

Guests will have access to free high speed Wi-Fi during their stay. There is (1) smart TV located in the living room, which will be connected to the Wi-Fi so guests can stream their own Netflix/HULU/YouTube or other platforms. You can refer to your check-in message for details and instructions on how to connect. *Note: We do not provide cable.

There are multiple outdoor areas which are considered “common area” and we encourage all the guests to share and enjoy this space. Feel free to meet and mingle with other guests on the property and enjoy your time in the beautiful South Florida outdoors. You will also find the laundry behind the wooden “closet” attached to the “yellow” home. The machines are coin operated and there may be detergent left from a previous guest, if not you must supply your own. *Note: There is an EMERGENCY PHONE (land line) in the common area.

Getting around is easy! Walk, ride / rent a bike, Lyft/Uber or drive… getting around is super easy and convenient from the “Coastal Bungalows Airbnb”. The property is approximately (3) miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, (6.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, (30) miles to Miami International, (1.5) miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals, (1.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, (1.5) miles to the beaches, (1) mile to Las Olas Boulevard and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Guests will be able to use the entire property, however, there are some common areas that are shared with the other guests on-site such as the laundry, barbecue and pool areas.

Guests will have access ONLY into the Costal Bungalow #2. You will receive a code to work the keypad that will be unique to you during your stay. Once inside, feel free to make yourself at home, while respecting our space/property.

The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property. Please be mindful of other guests. POOL HOURS are strict and are 10AM to 8PM daily – this is to ensure the privacy and respect of other guests on the property.

Guests must also abide by QUIET HOURS in the common yard areas and pool between 8AM and 10PM, per the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance.

Coastal Bungalow #2 is (1) out of (4) units on the rental property, together they make up the COASTAL BUNGALOWS. As mentioned above, the guests will have shared outdoor and common area spaces including the laundry machines, barbecue and pool area.

The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows not he property, which has strict hours from 10am-8pm as well as QUIET HOURS enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance from 8AM to 10PM.
