Welcome to Coastal Bungalow #700! Private 3BR/2BA home that sleeps max (6) people. Modern home has a full kitchen, dining area, living room & access to the shared pool area. There are blackout curtains if you wish to have privacy while you are home, if other guests are using the pool. Master bedroom has queen & bathroom, 2nd bedroom has (1) queen & 3rd bedroom has (2) singles. Property is close to everything: Ft Lauderdale Airport: 3mi., Beaches: 2mi., Convention Center: 1.5mi., Las Olas: 1mi.
The space
Upon arrival, guests will park in their designated parking space (described in the check-in instructions) and use a unique combination of numbers for the door keypad to enter the home. If you have any issues getting in, the property manager, Sara can be reached anytime on her cellphone (provided in the check-in instructions).
Guests will have access to free high speed Wi-Fi during their stay. There is (1) smart TV located in the living room, which will be connected to the Wi-Fi so guests can stream their own Netflix/HULU/YouTube or other platforms. You can refer to your check-in message for details and instructions on how to connect. *Note: We do not provide cable.
The kitchen is ready for your creation! There is a Publix within 1/2 mile of the property and other grocers like Fresh Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Winn Dixie within 2 miles of the property. There is plasticware that is to be used by the pool – NO GLASS IN POOL AREA! The dining area has a large table for you to gather and enjoy! *Note: You may find salt & pepper, olive oils, ketchup, etc. left behind, feel free to use these items if you wish… we don’t like to be wasteful.
There are multiple outdoor areas which are considered “common area” and we encourage all the guests to share and enjoy this space. Feel free to meet and mingle with other guests on the property and enjoy your time in the beautiful South Florida outdoors. You will also find the laundry facilities located in a couple locations in the common area. The machines are coin operated and there may be detergent left from a previous guest, if not you must supply your own. *Note: There is an EMERGENCY PHONE (landline) in the hallway of the house.
Getting around is easy! Walk, ride / rent a bike, Lyft/Uber or drive… getting around is super easy and convenient from the “Coastal Cottages Airbnb”. The property is approximately (3) miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, (6.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, (30) miles to Miami International, (1.5) miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals, (1.5) miles to Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, (1.5) miles to the beaches, (1) mile to Las Olas Boulevard and Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Guest access
Guests will have access ONLY into Coastal Bungalow #700 which is BRIGHT YELLOW in color and we suggest to follow check-in instructions carefully to gain access to the home. You will receive a code to work the keypad that will be unique to you during your stay. Once inside, feel free to make yourself at home, while respecting our space/property.
The pool is shared with (3) other bungalows on the property. There are privacy curtains if you wish to draw them while other guests are using the pool during the acceptable hours. POOL HOURS are strict and are 10a to 8pm daily – this is to ensure the privacy and respect of other guests on the property.
Guests must also abide by QUIET HOURS in the common yard areas and pool from 10PM to 8AM, per the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance.
Other things to note
Coastal Bungalow #700 is (1) out of (4) units on the rental property (all under the same ownership).
As mentioned in the notes above, the guests will have shared outdoor and common area spaces such as the laundry, pool area and barbecue from 10am to 8pm daily.
QUIET HOURS are from 8am to 10pm enforced by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Noise Ordinance .
